The Sales Associate Jolie C. was very helpful and went above & beyond to help me.

the lady at the door was very nice, also the lady who helped my mom and I to get the charms we wanted. unfortunately I don't remember their name but they were awesome! = )

The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. She taught me about the charm and jewelry. Store is clean and you have to wait until spot inside opens.

I had a safety charm break and store manager replace it. She also removed my bracelet from my arm; install safety charm and reinstalled all the charms back on my wrist (the ease in her removal and installation was very fast and professional)

Staff is pleasant. Well knowledges in merchandise. Returning and exchanging merchandise was not an issue.

My daughter and I go every year to pick gifts for my wife. The associates always make it a fun experience for my daughter as she pick out what she wants to give her mother. She was so happy we will be back.
