I was exchanging a bracelet that was purchased as a gift and did not fit. The process was so easy and fast. The sales associate was very friendly and helped with my selections.

Sandy took her time with us while looking and deciding which items we wanted to look at and eventually by. Her and all the other ladies at this location where helpful and very nice. Will come back to this location, the next time I am interested in looking and/or buying another piece to add to my collection.

I had a problem with my bracelet and I went to another store and they refused to help me. When I was buying something for my family I was talking to sandy about the problem I have with my bracelet, she looked at it and she said I’ll exchange it for you and I could be more happier and I got more charms. That’s my favourite pandora store. The service is amazing, the knowledge they know about there jewellery is awesome. They really are clean and always there to help you to see some stuff.
