There customer service was great, and they were very helpful as soon as I walked in the door

My daughter and I were the only customers in the store. There were 2 employees there and they very busy putting merchandise away. The one saleslady came to us right away and offered assistance.

I called for in item that showed in stock at the Westfield Citrus location in Tampa, and she held it for me until I left work to pick it up. I thought that was the best customer service ever! She was so kind and knowledgeable! Upon article she noticed me and helped finalize my purchase.

I love the selection on this store, the associates are very friendly and they know what they doing, they help me so much special Jennifer I think is her name I don’t remember very well but she was very helpful

I love coming to the Pandora stores always feel welcome. The staff was very helpful to find a piece for my bracelet that I truly loved so much and it fit my personality.

I have had quite a few issues with a charm I received on my birthday last year. However, I loved the charm, but the item did not stay on the bracelet. I exchanged the problematic issue numerous times. The final draw for me was to return the item. Sandy,(Citrus park location, TPA, FL) recommended credit and offer me a different bracelet due to the snag on the bracelet Sandy; the #164719 sales associate suggested a different bracelet and distinct charm. I was delighted with the quality of her service.
