The sales associate was welcoming and happy to help. She was knowledgeable about the merchandise and had an idea of the 2 different things I was looking for. She was patient while I made the choices and showed me a couple of different options.

Pandora has beautiful merchandises. Prices are reasonable. The products have great quality. Store overall has great sales person that are willing to work with u.

Had to exchange a woody charm. The store was full of people and only 3 people working. This store is high traffic and still always understaffed. What's frustrating is that the amount of money spent on any item at Pandora you must have a proof of purchase, to exchange due to damaged goods, half of my items purchased are gifts that are ALWAYS purchased for special occasions. The purchases are never found on your system. If you spend 300+ wouldn't that upset you?
