I've visited Pandora a few times, two were to buy gifts for my girlfriend. the staff was really helpful and kind. Every once in a while I check online and in-store to see what's new and to check on what else I could buy to add to my girlfriend's charm bracelet. My recent visit was to address a concern about a necklace I bought my girlfriend in December that started turning yellow. The staff was really quick to remedy the problem and clean the necklace for me as well as tell me how to clean it in the future. they let me know Pandora offers free cleaning and that they also sell cleaning kits which I bought. during this visit, I took the time and looked around and found some nice charms id like to add to my girlfriend's bracelet. the store is very organized and clean.
