Pandora Jewelry

It was my first time buying a pandora jewelry and the associate Elecia who assisted us is very accommodating. She gladly asks every question I have and gives good recommendations.

The store associate was quick to help me search for charms, even after my purchase she helped me put my bracelet on and recommended what I should buy next so my charms won’t fall off.

I have always enjoyed going to this Pandora location. The staff are friendly and easy to work with. I especially enjoyed working with Carrie, my salesperson. She answered all of my questions and went the extra mile, called me 10 minutes after I left the store, to let me know the annual Christmas ornaments had just arrived and she had mine waiting for me (I spent enough to qualify for the ornament). I went back to the store and Carrie had my gift and a big hug waiting for me. The Manager approved that I could come back and get the ornament. Only down side - some of the charms I wanted to buy there was only 1 charm left when I wanted to buy two. They were red and with Christmas around the corner the choices were limited.

Immediately upon arriving at the store all the staff was friendly and willing to help me. They had everything that I want and the service was quick and very enjoyable. I will definitely return to this store.

Appreciated the crowd control efforts as it was Black Friday when I visited. Letting a certain number of people in at a time was a good idea.
