1. No waiting for sales person. 2.Carrie our salesperson was a saint. 3. We were 3 ladies looking to get a start on our Christmas gifts for each other. Usually there are 4 of us. We were fortunate enough to get Carrie. She at no time even after having to delete a complete sales order and redo it that she showed any dismay or being upset with us..thank you Carrie for your patience

Ava waited on us and she was very nice in helping us with everything from exchanging our item . She was very helpful in helping me choose the lovely items. She greeted us at first and when we finished she said hope to see you soon and have a nice day.

She was patient while I was making my decision of what I wanted to purchase. She listened to what I was looking for and was not pushy or trying to sell me more than what I wanted. She was knowledgeable and explained the different types of charms.
