Always pleasant experience

The salesperson who helped me was Alex who was very patient, helpful and pleasant. Her name is Alex at the Westfield Citrus Park Mall in Tampa Fl. Thank you, Alex!

This was my first time in the Pandora store. I informed the sales associate that I was new to the pandora world and she kindly provided details about the charms and the purpose of them. She was very knowledgeable and helped me choose a charm that I liked. I was in and out less than 30 mins.

I went first to the pandora store at Westfield mall in Brandon Florida where I got treated very rude. I plainly ask to exchange something the lady yelled saying if it isn’t bought at that specifically c store I can’t exchange. So I left very upset. My husband told me to go to the store at Westfield citrus park mall and the lady was so much friendlier. She took care of the exchange and apologize several times for the behavior of the lady in the other store. Regardless to say I will never return to the Brandon location and I am telling family and friends to not go there and rather drive longer to the citrus park location!

At the height of Christmas shopping (12.24.17) I expected crowds and depleted selection of merchandise. I was not disappointed. However, the staff was hustling and extremely courteous and the control under such pressure made the experience pleasurable. Did I get what I went there for? No. But that is not Pandora’s fault. Thank you.

Because I was happy with my choice

The store was very busy as expected (the Friday before Christmas) but the associates were efficient and friendly. The waiting list was roughly 40 minutes long, but to be expected. The associate that helped me, Odette was delightful! It was my first purchase for myself at Pandora and she was very helpful.

Super packed with merchandise. Associates super friendly and very helpful. Associate helped me decide what I wanted. I will definitely will return.
