Sales associates poor knowledge of merchandise

Would like to see better promotion options available. I know the store is smaller so I understand the wait. The employees did a good job keeping the line moving and Veronica provided excellent customer service.

There was a line outside the store but apparently if you have a Pandora card you can cut the line. The line that we were waiting in for over 20 mins. That’s ridiculous especially durning the holidays when the store is small and lines are long.

The alphabet charms are only in silver. I purchased a rose gold bracelet and I would’ve preferred rose gold alphabet charms. Pandora is a well known company I thought they would’ve had a greater selection in all varieties of charms especially to match the bracelets.

There is no reason that I wasn’t highly satisfied with my purchase. I went specifically to purchase a charm for a gift, very simple purchase.

I like the store. I like the charms. I like associates

I walked by the store and saw a really cute charm in the window display. I went into to inquire about the charm and the cost of the charm. The two sales associates were behind the counter and looked up the price. I was happy with the price so said. yes! That person went and got the charm, while pulling the charm they said - you want the charm and not the bangle correct. They never asked if I wanted to SEE the bangle just brought the other one and proceeded to wrap it up. I was a little irked by this so I just purchased the one they brought up... In hind sight looking at my bracket that dangle would have actually rounded out the number of charms to dangles.... But I was put off by their attitude and customer service - they seemed more interested in talking then selling.

There was not a large selection in several styles I was looking at.
