There were omly 3 sales associates working on the Sauterday 2 weeks before Christamas, we had to wait almost an hour in line before getting in to the store.

I received a 10% coupon via email and the store didn't honor the discount. The email coupon did t specified the purchase had to be online only.

realizing that this is Christmas and the store was busy, no one even Acknowledged that we were waiting, i along with others were just ignored. someone should have Acknowledged those waiting and that it would be a few minutes

Its a clean place it

The store was very clean and there was a lot to choose from.

Representative wasn’t very nice, she gave me the ring I asked for, didn’t try to get right size every time I asked for diferente size or ring she wasn’t very happy! I have been to other locations and always had an amazing experience except at this store.

I was satisfied with Pandora.

The machine to clean jewelry has been down for months. Very limited inventory at this time.
