I was completely satisfied during my visit to the Pandora. And I will be visiting again soon.

To be 1 in the afternoon, there was only a single associate. This caused 3 couples to leave and I almost left myself.

I wanted to buy two specific charms and she kept telling me one would be to heavy on the bracelet. I felt like she was pushing me to spend more money which was uncomfortable.

The sales girl acted like she didn’t want to be there . She seem like I needed to know my wrist size but this was my first time here. I will come back again and I’ll chalk it has she was young .

During my visit the bangle promo was not even offered and when I called they said it’s been discontinued yet online it states til December 14th. As they limit numbers of customers inside it also feels like you need to hurry so that others can get in. That wasn’t how our rep made us feel on purpose but I don’t know that we spent as much time as we should have. Or maybe we should’ve online shopped prior to be more time efficient for your incoming customers.

I waited in line for over 45 minutes. I understand the reason and support it. I spoke to the sales rep at the door and explained to her that I knew exactly what I was looking for. My question to her was, if they did not have the merchandise in my exact size could they ship the product to the store and I could pick it up at a later date. She responded affirmatively. However two items were not available in my size. The sales rep went to the storage for one of the items but could not find my size . The other item was unavailable and she did not look further, nor did she offer to order the items for me. I will look on line but will probably shop on line for further purchases.

The store is too small. There were a lot of people on it and not respecting the new social distancing rules. The lady that assisted me was nice.

some of the selections i was looking for was not available. to expensive at the time for me to purchase. no sales at the moment
