I received a charm bracelet as a birthday gift in August, 2019. I exchanged the charm on numerous occasions. The charm pendant will not stay attached to the bracelet. I am not happy with this and do not understand why the charm pendant will not stay attached to the bracelet. Granted I love the charm, however, I am not sure if it's a malfunction default. The body language wasn’t very pleasing I asked about the cleaner and how it worked and how to use it she showed me what I see online it really didn’t explain how to clean my charms or bracelet

The Sale Associate Looked At Me And Asked If I Bought It At The Location it doesn’t matter where I bought it I just needed it cleaned and she halfway cleaned it I had to ask for help from another associate.

Because the sales associate she’s noto have much experience, she not give any bag for my bracelet.

I used jewelry cleaner on my pandora pieces and I was very disappointed with the way they turned out. I had to go in for assistance with cleaning and restoring the color to my bracelet and charms. Also to learn that one visit will not completely restore the color. I'll have to return several times for cleaning. :(

I recommend the service is excellent.

The service was great The clean store was a plus The agent knew her job

I chose a less expensive charm and didn't feel like the sales person was liking that.
