I am having trouble finding the item i wanted.

For me to have felt HIGHLY satisfied I need to feel like I received a great deal, which I do not. I feel I received a fair deal though. Also, while I like your selection I do feel like it could be more diverse. And how about something for men?

The staff was not very welcoming. They didn't look up from what they were doing to acknowledge you.

This store did not have my ring stock at that store and they had to get it transferred from another store. Only not satisfied with them not having it available and having to come back. It wasn’t a big issue just I didn’t want to have to come back.

Nice store

When I walked into the store, I did not expect for any bells or whistles to sound off. For me to be highly satisfied with the service in the store means the sales reps would have to go above and beyond their normal duties. I am not expecting them to go above and beyond in order to sell me merchandise. I am expecting them to be polite, courteous, and professional - which goes a long way rather than a sales rep "showboating" to make a sale.

I am a Pandora costumer since the company open the first store , I purchase pandora charm in every country I visit and for some reason the store that I visit the most of my purchases because location is close to my house , merchandise I believe is not the same quality that is base on the fact that every things I purchase in that store always have a problem , causality could be a factor but is too much already , I just bought a bracelet and lock did not work good ended loosing 3 charms , very sad , now I have to take the bracelet to returned or get it fix either or not luck with the Wiregrass Mall Pandora.

I went to the store around 11:50am trying to use my lunch break to have my bracelet clean but I spent more than 20 minutes waiting for assistance, overall I got what I needed but I ended up buying the cleaner that way I don’t have to go back just for that . Thanks

Friendly attendants, beautiful store, the prices are high but I understand it is a choice to buy for the brand.
