The charm I bought she swore me up and down it was not a sale item made me walk outside so I could get reception and pull it up online to show her. I'm the customer the staff should know more about the products they're selling then me.

This salesperson was not knowledgeable about the types of clips I needed for a bracelet. I was in the same store a few days earlier and had an amazing sales person who explained everything to me and knew exactly what I needed.

The associate skip right over me to tend to another customer, and that customer didn’t even know what they want it, which I already knew what I want it and was ready to pay! If I wasn’t there to buy my daughter Christmas gift would have left the store at once!
