The store is located close to where I was going to be. This location was not only very clean but very well stocked. The young lady who assisted us, Madison was very friendly and knowledgeable. She is what will be bringing me back. I can order charms on line and avoid crowds, but the way she treats her customers is excellent consumer service personified. She was amazing.

The associate knew her products and was friendly throughout the entire experience. Provided care to previously bought charms and engaged in conversation allowing us to not feel pressured in our purchase but instead more comfortable. The transaction was quick and left us wanting to come back for a future purchase.

Super friendly staff

Overall experience was great. Had to wait like 5-7 minutes was counting as soon I got there. Only 1 employee on the floor even though was slow day. She acknowledge me then continue with one customer then when back to the back got the assistant manager she help me with my needs very friendly and courteous..
