The piece I wanted to purchase was not available. I asked if they could order it online for me, like other stores do, and was told they couldn't. I ended up getting something else but I'm thinking about returning it because I didn't like it as much.

They did not have any charm I was looking for, but did offer to get it transferred from another location nearby. The only kicker was it will take 1 1/2 weeks to get it to me. The Veterans’s Day sale/discount was only available that day only, so it was pointless at that point.

There is a limited amount of sizes for specific rings, and there’s no option to have the purchase shipped to an address nor can the store call another location to keep the ring on hold.
