The store is beautiful. My sale person "Josue" was wonderful. Because of his helpfulness it made the wait worth it. The only complaint I have, is that no one (sales person) greets or acknowledge you when you're in the store. Overall it was good.

I purchased a $1500 bracelet during the promotion for a free Pandora jewelry box and was advised the box waa no longer available. I also didn't get any free charm as i seen others om facebook stating the received as a promotion.

I returned a purchase the next day after i bought it. The sales person who helped me the day before was not there so another sales person helped me. The 2nd sales person who helped me was rude, short, unfriendly, over talked me and treated me like I was beneath her. She did not want to show me the products, only through the showcase. Every time I asked to see an item she just pointed to it. After that behavior, I asked the manager when the original sales person would be there because she was much nicer. Another sales person (Lillian) overheard my complaint & quickly offered to help with the exchange. I accepted because I didnt want to drive back to get the service I should. When Lillian was helping me, I saw how the other sales associate was helping the other white customers, which was opposite of how she treated me.

Love the style, of my bracelet.. will be looking forward to more purchases. Learning to open and close the product, would have been nice and to understand the difference of spacers and how they work with charms. It would have been nice to receive a booklet on the different charms etc.

No sales associates approached me when I came into the store yet those patrons who came in after me did and we're helped first. Eventually someone asked if I needed help but it wasn't immediate.

The selection was poor. I went to the store for an advertised sale, but did not realize the selection was limited. See the previous two sentences.
