This is a very busy store and there is always a wait for a sales associate, perhaps the store is understaffed

My pandora charm that was given to me by my friend has wording on it. The wording has faded off the charm and I was purchasing the same charm for my friend. The sales clerk said I need to purchase more guards to keep the charm from moving. I find that having to purchase more charms as a remedy too your products from fading is ridiculous. There should be some form of warrenty or insurance to maintain the value of these costly charms. Just my opinion!

I went to exchange a ring I was gifted for my birthday for the correct size. My birthday is in December, so the store was understandably busy with Christmas shoppers. I wish there had been a way for customers to know about how much longer they had to wait without feeling like they had to bother the girl who was making the waiting list. Perhaps buzzers similar to what restaurants use would be an effective idea? The staff told us we were allowed to go shop elsewhere while waiting, but no one wanted to miss their name being called so we all stayed. A buzzer would have allowed us to browse the mall for the 40 minute wait as opposed to crowd into a store.

Mother's day bracelet had to be returned because it broke. Store procedure for customers next in line is unorganized. Bracelet I wanted was not in stock.
