Shortage of rings available because of promotion. Not a lot of silver necklaces available. Limited amount of Disney collection items.

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Being a first tIme customer though, I felt like I needed more explanation of how the sale worked. My salesperson, Haley, was very helpful and knew exactly what to tell me. She helped me find pieces when I was indecisive and she should be commended for her customer service and sales abilities. She is in the Citrus Park Mall in Tampa, FL. I hope this message gets back to her because she is a great asset to your company. Not many people get the chance to hear what a great job they are doing.

The bracelet came incomplete, sent it back the 2nd one was the same so I had to go to the store to pick up a closet link so I could wear the bracelet. Highly dissatisfied with the online service!

Store was prepped for inventory, no merchandise was out on display. Sales associate was engaged in bullying behavior towards another associate exhibited by, saying words to the effect of, “this is an a and b conversation, c yourself out.” Additionally, I requested a specific necklace and described it as it was described on the internet with the use of my phone. Sales associate mad a comment stating words to the effect of,” I have this are many chains” as a result of the behaviors observed, I would not recommend this store neither return to the store. The behaviors displayed were rude, made me uncomfortable and unprofessional.

The selection available in the store was not a wide array of things to choose form. I didn't see a lot of things that I admired.

The sales rep wasn't the friendliest. She didn't let me handle the merchandise to see it up close. Every time she had to let me see another piece she would take it all with her, may me feel like she thought I was going to steal the product. I have shopped and purchased from 4 other stores because each store the available stock is different and I've never been made to feel like I was going to steal. In the others stores they allow you to look at and handle the pieces to get a better look. I started not to spend my money at this store but I really wanted that particular bracelet. I WILL NOT SHOP AT THAT STORE AGAIN..

Not enough sales associates on the floor, none of them paid any attention to customers coming in, it was a long wait to have an associate show something and all of them acted as if they showed no concern how many people were waiting.
