The sales person kind of rubbed me the wrong way. He said, I guess I will wait on you. Really, you guess you will? What was that all about? Kinda ruined my mood.

The associates did not greet me at all. They did not recommend the Pandora credit card, I asked about it & signed up. I received help from an associate in training who received no help from his manager who seemed annoyed everytime he asked her for help. Although I did make a purchase totaling about $300 it was due to my own desire not because anything additional was recommended to my initial purchase. It was just a unprofessional location in its entire experience.

I have snapped at my store many times. Each time I find the sales staff very unfriendly and not helpful . This last time my name was not even in the system under email or phone which is odd as I have purchased many items there. I just fine it bad customer service to consistently have unfriendly staff . I would also comment positively if my experiences were extremely satisfying .

I was unaware that I needed to sign in in order to get assistance. When I asked for help with something I was rudely told I needed to sign in up front. None of the sales associates were smiling.

I received an email advertising that Pandora was running a promotion thru Monday, November 27, 2017 where if you purchased two items you received the third one free. When I arrived at the Citrus Park Tampa store, I was told that that particular store was not participating in that promotion thru Monday, only thru Sunday, November 26, 2017. Even though the email clearly did not say that and in fact, the email listed that specific store at the bottom (all four of the Tampa stores were listed at the bottom of the email). I asked to speak with a manager and was told the the manager said they would NOT honor the ad. I then asked for the district manager and was told that the the district manager would NOT honor the ad. I then called Consumer Affairs and spoke with a Karen who took my information and promised to get back with me. About 10 minutes later, I received a call from a sales person from the store who stated that she spoke with her district manager and they would honor the email ad. I did receive three charms for the price of two. However, I had to go thru a lot of unnecessary steps to get it. I feel that the ad was both dishonest and deceptive.

The sales associate said a total of 5 words during the entire process. She did not share how to care for the jewlery or what charms I was able to put on it or anything at all about the jewlery. It was pretty much here it is and goodbye. - Kayla

I ordered something online and I never got an email for it so I went to pick it up 5 days later and they had returned it to the shelf. It was a cyber Monday deal but I work during the week and could only get it on the weekend.
