Firsit the store is to small the line to long do to the sales people has no order.they were going to take some one ahead of me till.i said its my turn.then they didn't clean my bracket, I had a charm that opens no one address the issue.my my sons and husband and my brother buy a lot of the rose gold charms for me so I love my Pandora but the service is not food.and its not cheap so I am not happy plus it is mothers in went yesterday.may 7 2022.

Worst store I have ever dealt with. Forced to stand in line for over 30 minutes outside the store while two sales associates attempt to coerce people into signing up for a credit card to skip the line instead of actually helping people and speeding up the line!

The customer service I received was horrible, the lady act like she did not want to be there and didn’t have the light she just didn’t want to help us. So I didn’t buy everything that I want it I just bought a bracelet and I’m really thinking about taking it back because I didn’t like the customer service I received

I ordered & paid online however had to wait in a 2 hr line to just collect my items. I specifically went in upon arrival & inquired about just being able to collect my items without making the long line. The associate told me to still make the line. There should be an express line for just picking up items.

There were 3 associates plus a manager in the store. There were 3 customers in the store. It took 5 minutes before I was acknowledged after entering store. I waited over 20 mins and another customer walked in and went to front of store where manager was and she starts to help her. I walked up to front where she was an told both the manager and the employee that acknowledged me that I had been waiting so why does the customer that just walked in get helped before I do? Of course they begin to apologize and a 3rd person came to help me within 2 mins. That is unacceptable. I knew what I wanted and just wanted to pay for it and go. Nobody asked me what I was looking to do while I was waiting because I don’t think that it’s right that I just want to buy 1 charm and go and I have to wait for customers that are building bracelets before anybody even attends to me. Very poor customer service. I’ll go to another location before I come back here again.

The sales associate did not seem to comprehend the design layout of my bracelet. The store also had a poor selection of charms. I did not even feel comfortable allowing the associate to put the charms on my bracelet.

The sales associate wasn’t very helpful. She was very dry and awkward. Me and my husband felt very uncomfortable. She’s new and the times she needed assistance from the other associate and manager it was a very uncomfortable interaction because of her awkwardness. When I asked for her advice she didn’t understand. We signed up for the PPC and I had a few questions after approval and she had no answers even the other associate had to step in. It would be very sad if another customer has the same experience. I’ve had so many other very pleasant experiences and I’m sad this wasn’t one of them. I came home feeling very drained and in a bad mood.

I went in to see about get my bracelet fixed, because the dangling chain link got caught and bent. The sales associate told me I would have to buy a new bracelet they do not fix them. 🤔 I also was coming in to pick out a new charm for my 15 year wedding anniversary, which I felt rushed with my selection and once my order was done and I was on my way out I seen bracelets, but there was no price I was not even acknowledged at that point. It would be nice if I would have been able to just buy a new peice to my bracelet.
