Upon entering the store I waited roughly 10 minutes before being acknowledged by someone. Doris called me over to the counter where the rings were and she seemed very irritated to have to assist me. She said “do you know what you’re getting?” to which I replied that I was purchasing a ring, but I wasn’t too sure on the size. She proceeded to help me get the right size but huffed and puffed the whole time. When I told her I wanted the Crown ring and pointed to it in the case she told me “that’s not your size, you can only get rings from here” and pointed back to the case I was previously looking at. When I asked her what size rings I was looking at, she told me she didn’t know. Another customer was actually the one who told me it was a size 7. Doris was less than helpful!I’ve never been treated with such disrespect, especially at a store where I waited 15 - 20 minutes just to get inside.

I bought my daughter a ring for her birthday and when she opened her gift a diamond was missing.

I expected it to be busy on Black Friday but to be in line for over two hours was frustrating. They only allowed a few in the store at a time so the total process was over three hours!

Staff didn’t seem interested in selling. Anytime I asked for something they just answered with we don’t have it instead of trying to sell something similar

The wait time for assistance from a sales associate was a little long. There was no list available to sign up for assistance. However, once Ava, the sales associate offered her assistance, the experience was pleasant. Several items I was interested in were not available or were sold out due to the ongoing sale.

I purchased a ring at another store and since I didn’t purchase it from them, I couldn’t exchange it even though it was within a year. Also, many pieces I was going to buy were not available!!

We waited half an hour for an associate. I asked to see 3 charms and only 2 were available.

Although busy sales associates completely IGNORED anyone waiting. No eye contact no we will be with you shortly nothing we were completely ignored! 3 people before us left after waiting 25minutes. Luckily we ended up forcing help and buying what I wanted but it wasn’t not a fun buying experience at all! Not everyone wants to shop online for jewelry.

When entering the store there were no other shoppers, just my husband and myself. There were 3 associates at the back counter, they looked up but didn’t say anything. My husband and I were shopping for an anniversary gift for myself and looked around the entire store with no one asking us if we needed help, what we were looking for, or any communication at all. They seemed very annoyed we were in the store in the first place, even though it was 55 minutes before they were closing (they had a sign they were closing early, at 7pm). We finally asked for help and one employee walked over and was not the happiest about helping. Most of the questions I asked she didn’t know the answer to, “what’s the difference between the two brackets” “can I change the charm that closes” “what’s the material made out of?” Questions I thought they would know, but were unable to answer. I really didn’t want to buy anything at this point, but my husband really wanted to give me a gift. I’m currently still having buyers remorse about the whole experience and may still take it back.
