I went to Pandora store yesterday to buy a charm. I was in the store around 6:30 pm est. I was treated very rudely by sales rep.( I believe asian sales rep) She told me at 6:30 that they will be able sale any merchandise as store is closing soon even though store hours was upro 8 pm est on Thursday. I also mentioned that to her that I knew what I need. Luckily, Kennedi ( other sales rep) showed up and helped me with my purchase. I am really disappointed with the the way 1st asian sales rep treated me.

Poor customer service, the associate acted like she didn’t care and didn’t want to be there. She also had very poor knowledge of the products. She was very unhelpful.

They gave me a book to look at that had the prices of each item. When the sales associate long up the item it won't go up $25 more than what it says in the book the manager tells me that prices went up a week ago and that she can't do nothing about it. But the book says 125 but they charge me 150

Jennifer sales associate, refused to wait on me, when I told her I was next in line, asked Jasmine to take care of me when she was finish doing whatever she was doing. Which took approximately 5 minutes. However Jennifer proceeded to take care of another customer, who walked up to the counter after me.

I continually return to the store to tell them about a spacer that was opening and falling. They did not do anything to help me and I lost my spacer therefore I feel the something should be done but the store say they cannot do anything. I am a customer for years I'm sad by the way they were treating you repeatedly saying there's nothing they can do I feel they can do something I feel they should give me a spacer I am very dissatisfied.

I went to the store for a replacement of a damage bracelet that I bought on 05/22/20 and the lady told me that she wasn't able to find my receipt and that she looked up all the transitions on that day at the store and she didn't see it. She said that without a receipt she isn't going to replace the broken bracelet. I was so sure about my purchase that I didn't give up. I showed her my on my card's app that I had 2 transactions on that day at that store. Thanks to my app she went back to the office and the receipt magically appears which proves that she didn't look up before she was pretending to help me! It shouldn't be so difficult for a client to prove that the purchase was made on that store and still be on the warranty period.

The sales person was not friendly or helpful at all. So I decide to buy my item that was a gift for my family and walk out the store. I purchase gifts here for my two teens and my mother and have shopped here over the years but today was the worst experience. I usually request for my ring I purchased here to be cleaned but I was told no. I never had a problem getting my ring cleaned specially if I’m buying something which I always do.

The store didn’t even have packaging. I refuse to pay 400 dollars for products and take it home rolled in a paper inside a paper bag. The packaging is part of the gifting experience. The store didn’t address the bracelet sale, and only let me know at the end that they were all out. This isn’t fair to me.
