The associate ROCIO from store number 0473 was not friendly at all, and she gave me some attitude for no reason. She could not make direct eye contact with me. And she lied to me about a product, and made me buy something else that I did not need. She was not nice at all.

The store manager Susana Perez has the worst customer service, doesn’t care about the clients or pandora.

I understand it's Christmas but the waiting list policy was ridiculous. There were people that knew what they wanted and didn't need store assistance yet you had to wait almost an hour to check out. The check out lines were empty and all the store needed to do was designate one floater associate to the individuals that didn't need to spend time browsing the store merchandise. I and others were highly dissatisfied with the process.

needed to correct shipping address, could not get it resolved even though the item was not even processed for shipping. We were told the item was shipped yet no UPS tracking number was given, we contacted your customer service dept and they stated that the item shipped, however, till today we did not receive the product.
