the fantastic woman that helped me and my boyfriend pick out the perfect bracelet for our 1 year anniversary was so helpful. she was such a good person to talk to and she helped us find exactly what we were looking for!

Your staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Staff was willing to show me multiple options for beads. Staff was knowledgeable about new products that I would have not bought so I did not repeat a bead that I had previously purchased.
