The sales associate,Cassidy, was very knowledgeable. She explained a few aspects I didn’t know and was willing to help us even though we weren’t sure if we were going to purchase anything that day. I was very thankful for her help

The employees were always pleasant and very helpful. They have several selection of charms that I adored. Also, I really appreciate the fact I can go into the store to have my braclet cleaned.

When I entered the establishment, the sales associates were very friendly and efficient about helping me. They assured that anything I was interested in was taken out and shown to me. They also gave me time to take a look around and shop. I really enjoyed my Pandora experience and I will be back to purchase items I didn’t with my first trip.

The sales associates were very kind and helpful. This was my first time at a Pandora store and had some questions they answered without fail. Very knowledgeable and pleasant ladies. I ended up purchasing 3 charms instead of just the one my husband was there to buy. I will be returning to this Pandora again in the future.
