Honestly the associate that help me was extremely nice . she was very patient with me she let me try the charm on before purchasing. overall i'm very happy with my purchase and the store !

Store and staffing appearance was very clean. Jewelry was displayed in cases nicely. Staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful.

The lady was very nice and kinda she was even talking to my 11 month old baby girl which I liked a lot. That was my first time being in a pandora store and I liked so many stuff from there. I got my sister a graduations charm and she loved a lot and so did I I loved what it had written on.

The salesperson (Maya) was extremely knowledgeable and spent time showing me different ways to add charms to my bracelet. She was willing to take different charms on, put them back and start over without getting agitated. When I told her I was single with no kids, she remembered not to show me MOM/KID charms. Very detailed with her listening skills

Salesperson Maya (178954) was not only very knowledgeable but also very helpful. She worked hard to address my situation in an honest and respectful manner and represented the Pandora company well. I will definitely seek her out the next time I am in the store.
