Pandora at University Park Mall is a team that knows their clientele. They are always prompt and professional, and I admire their commitment to health and safety during this time. The selection is always as full as possible.

The associates were quick to help me out. Store was very clean. The process was quick and and it was easy to get what I wanted.

The service was great, the sales associate was great. Gabriella G was the associate.

I came in today on a mission to find a bracelets for a friend and to replace a broken charm under the warranty . I was greeted by Jamila and we got right to business . She looked my account up and swapped my broken charm for a replacement without any issues. I was so impressed on how easy that process was , I figured they would send it out then send it back but it was just a quick switch out of the charm ;) . We then got started on my friend’s bracelet Jamila showed me so many charms and asked so many questions so that way we could find the right charms for my friends bracelet. Once I had decided on a few charms she put the bracelets in a box, put a cute Pandora wrapping paper around the box and I was off . Man I wish everything during this holiday season could be as easy and pleasant as my experience was today at Pandora . THANKS GUYS !!

I didn’t have one or even payed attention what Pandora was about it my daughter ‘s boyfriend started to buy them. Then she bought me one for mother’s day. U have so much of unique charms for special times for our loved ones. I even I started one for my mom a couple years ago. She not the type to wear something like that. She wears it when going shopping or special occasions

The girl that helped me was super friendly and really knew what she was talking about. She gave me several options and even when the store was about to close she still took her time explaining to me everything because it was my 1st time at Pandora.
