Delilah was super nice and very helpful.

The sales lady, Cindy, was great! I found the bracelet I wanted. But, the charm choices were very slim. She said no shipment of stuff for a very long time. That's not good for a store. Would have bought more if there was more charms!!

The customer service was exceptional. Everyone who works at the Mishawaka Indiana store is knowledge and friendly. They always help me with selecting the perfect gift.

I had on-line shopped before going into the store. I had a picture of exactly what I wanted. A clerk was immediately available, it was apparent they were ready for the more busy time of Christmas. She was able to get me exactly what I was looking for and then some. She helped me decide on a couple items that helped improve the look of the bracelet and charm I had picked out. I have not been to this physical store in over a year, I was so happy to get in and out quickly with more than I expected.
