The store was well stocked. The Associate was very knowledgeable regarding the item we were interested in and gave us some alternatives to consider. The final sale was handled in a very professional manner.

The sales associate AND the manager both helped Me during my purchase...both very nice and helpful....manager cleaned my charms while associate was helping me, And they both helped me picked out a new bracelet and charms and helped with arranging them on my new bracelet. Sales associate offered to start a pandora card for me so I could save 10% on my purchase..

When I walked into Pandora, I was automatically greeted with a smile. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but I did know I wanted a ring. The sales associate was SO kind and continued to ask me what I liked and did not like in different rings. She asked if I knew my ring size, what finger I wanted a ring for, and if I needed to be sized. She then showed me all of the rings they have in my size and pointed out her favorites and ones that she thought I would like. After not even 5 minutes, I found the ring I wanted and she checked me out. I would HIGHLY recommend Pandora.
