It was my 50th Birthday and my husband decided for Christmas that I deserved a Pandora Bracelet set and some charms. I originally was talking to Zales about designing a grandmothers ring but I was getting frustrated because it was getting out of hand price wise, not to mention I wasn't liking the limited options I had for creating the ring. So my husband surprised me during Christmas Season to a trip to Pandora and I acquired 3 charms and 2 bracelets that day. Then for our anniversary January 8th he surprised me with another stop and I acquired 3 more charms. Now comes my 50th birthday and I get yet another charm. The charms my husband picks out actually represent the personalities of my 3 granddaughters and then special memories from my husbands and mine time together when we were high school sweethearts. This makes the time traveling, shopping, and purchasing something special in itself. Thank you my sweet husband and thank you Pandora

First, this was the best customer service I have ever received at a Pandora store. The weekend previously to this visit, I went to exchange a ring and I got TERRIBLE customer service and was told I could not be helped. I don’t remember her name otherwise I would say. I knew this wasn’t right so I went in today and got 2 very helpful ladies who were SO nice and helpful. They used all of their resources to help me. It turned out that I could be helped and had to go out of my way just to be able to exchange a ring 45 minutes away from where I live because the First Lady said I couldn’t be helped the first time I was there. I also caught a very “stuck up” vibe from her. She was more worried about selling me a ring than looking up any of my information to exchange the one I had. Very disappointed, but very pleased with how these ladies I met with today handled my situation. It is SO appreciated.

As always the ladies in the store are very nice and helpful. Most of the items we wanted were not available but we still made a purchase.

My Pandora experience was great! I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. The sales associates were very nice and knowledgeable. I was able to find exactly what I was looking within minutes. I appreciate the great customer service and I will definitely be returning and recommending this store to others. This store had the charms I was looking for, not all stores did. The sales assistant was knowledgeable. I was given helpful advice about future purchases.

My girl loved the bracelet .the service was perfect she knew exactly what i wanted.and it wasn't to expensive.
