I received a bracelet as a gift a couple years ago but needed to buy a smaller size. The salesperson, Emily, was so nice and very helpful! She showed me my options, changed over my clips, charms, etc. She was also very knowledgeable. I even decided to purchase a new charm while I was there. Emily informed me about being able to bring in my bracelet for cleanings and gave me a catalog to take home. I would say my first experience at Pandora was truly a pleasure! Can't wait to go back!
