Cheaper on internet then in store. Even though I showed clerk they told me they could not honor that price. Disappointing. It was sold out on internet had to purchase in store for a higher price.

Because the young lady started off waiting on me than she started waiting on another customers and after about 10 minutes of waiting than she had someone else get the merchandise that I wanted.

Upon my visit at the store the first sales associate Cassidy was helpful until I ask her a question about my sale. I had spent over $400.00. With Pandora’s reward program you get $10 off every $100. Well I ask Cassidy B about this. She laughed. I didn’t find it funny. She replied I get what your saying, but it looks better on her part (shocked) It was all about her and the sale.I became upset, she wasn’t trying to make it better. she made it worse by continuing to laugh. I said how about I cancel this transaction, and you re-ring so I could get the $10 per $100 for the $400 that I had spent. She didn’t want to. Manager Gabriella stepped in to make it right. Had she not stepped in, I would have cancelled the entire transaction. Just couldn't believe she laughed in my face! My friend witness this. She too is a Store manager. She stated that good customer service from Cassidy would have made this right. And not laugh about it.
