My sons and I were looking to buy a new addition for the bracelet my wife has. Waiting in line took almost 45 minutes and that was before we could enter the store.

You all had charms for mother and daughter it was really very beautiful and good quality but when he came for Son and Mother very poor quality and looked at real cheap so y’all need to make both days to be equally fair it’s down in quality but oh wow wonderful service

Because I had to stand outside the store for the next available associate not enough associates schedule to work on a busy weekend plus I had my elderly sister with me she also made a purchase but was upset because we could have picked out what we was gonna buy instead of standing in line which was just me and her

I was highly satisfied with my experience the person who attended us was super nice and very helpful they had beautiful options. This was my first-time shopping at pandora so for my first time there I think it was an amazing visit. Again, for the options i was going to get heart t bar snake chain bracelet. Instead, I got butterfly clasp snake bracelet which was amazing. overall experience amazing!!

At the end of my sale, I had my $10 off coupon. The manager advised that I couldn't use with the 30% of deal. I told her that I couldn't see why I am not able to use the $10 off when I am spending over $200 plus dollars. She said she was told they couldn't. I advised her that the receipt does not state not able to combine with other offers. This was my purpose for coming to the store! I asked her to input my numbers and she did and if it doesn't work, then the $10 would be blocked. It worked. I'm sure other customers have probably tried to use their coupon and was denied. I feel their should be something posted or listed on a receipt to advise your customers. She didn't seem to thrilled that my coupon worked. My daughter at that point wanted me to leave my items due the Sales Manager attitude. Good Customer Service will keep Customers in the store and to return for a purchase. I advised my friend that she could use her coupon. Hopefully she doesn't get turned down.

Limited charms availability, I really like pandora. I would like to see more variation of Charms in the future. Other aspects that could improve is discount and deals.

Pandora products are a great product however there was no sale so its the main reason why I did not rate Highly Satisfied. Given the economy Pandora can do better with offering additional sales to consumers.
