I think the variety of options helped find what I was looking for. I enjoyed the employee helping me with my decision. I liked the way the employee let me know about the survey.

It’s not Pandora’s fault that stores can’t be properly stocked at this time during the pandemic. Just wish the store had more variety of items to purchase in store

The sales associate was very helpful. I gave her a list of charms I was looking for, she quickly pulled them all for me view. After deciding for sure what I was purchasing, she put the charms and clips on to the bracelet and then gift wrapped the box for me.

They were out of the charms I went in for. And there were a couple other charms I wanted that were part of a collection that I didn’t know anything about. The Me collection. Not a fan.

The charms were kept below the glass and difficult to see. I understand why this is done, but I don’t have to like it.

It seems hard for the sales person to find different items - all stored in little boxes she had to dig thru. Also, there was a promotion in which I would get a bracelet worth $65 if I spent over $100 (or something like that). There was not a bracelet I liked (very limited options), so did not get any value for the promotion.

did not receive the free jewelry holder for my product, it was within the promotion dates, was not aware of this promotion until the next day looking online. with the purchase of over $100.00. the employee did not mention this free item or provide me with it.
