Disappointed that I was not given a ring box- I’ve purchased multiple Pandora rings at another local jewelry store and have always been given a ring box.

The store never seems to have rings in my size (7.5). Also, I think there should be some type of perk you get for being a loyal customer, as I have spent a ton of money at Pandora, but never really receive a perk for shopping there. A lot of other stores are doing some type of reward system. I just thought I would make mention of this.

Not too many options to choose from. Everything else was fine. The associate was helpful. Also I ordered a ring online way back and never got it.

I was looking for certain things and the store didn’t have the things I needed. Also after entering the store I wasn’t able to browse the store as normal because of COVID-19 and social distancing.

The store did not have the bracelet I was looking for in stock. The store was very limited with merchandise. The store did not have a good selection of charms to choose from.

The associate wasn’t very enthusiastic. We’ve had better experiences before where the associates there were super friendly, made conversation with us, and recommend other jewelry. This associate wasn’t as talkative and we had a feeling she didn’t wanna be there, making us feel rushed.

I had to return a charm that would not fit on my bracelet correctly. The associate was awesome. I never received the charm ordered. Now I have no charm, which had major sentimental value, and no way to find out what happened. I'm out the charm and the value and the memories. Heartbroken!

I was disappointed that the charm I was looking for was not available. Inventory is a tough balance and I will go back sometime in the Fall to see if they have it. With the help of the team member, I was able to find a good 2nd choice.
