Not enough help - they should have one person who is in charge of check out. Also, the check-in process is flawed.

Sales associate seemed in a rush to get our purchase completed. There were only 2 employees and it did get busy, however, she still should have given us the attention we deserved.

UPON ENTERING THE STORE NOT GREETED ALTHOUGH BOTH EMPLOYEES LOOKED ME RIGHT IN THE FACE NEVER ACKNOWLEDGING MY PRESENCE YES THEY WERE WORKING WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS THEY WERE THAT BUSY TO NOT SPEAK THE WORKER THAT WORKED WITH ME WAS STANDOFFISH AS I HAVE SPENT SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS AT THIS STORE SHE MADE ME FEELS AS IF I WAS GOING TO STEAL SOMETHING AS THE ITEMS I WAS LOOKING AT WERE PLACED ON A TRAY SHE PICKED UP AND WALKED WITH THE TRAY AS IF I WAS GOING TO SNATCH AND RUN EVEN THOUGH I HAD A BABY WITH ME IN THE CARRIER LIKE WHERE WAS I GOING MY POINT IS EVERYONE IS A THIEF AND I HAD ON PLENTY OF PANDORA JEWELRY IN WHICH SHE SHOULD HAVE NOTICED IN PLAIN VIEW TO SEE THIS STORE NEEDS MORE FRIENDLY WORKERS I MAY START GOING TO JARED INSTEAD FOR MY PANDORA NEEDS

The sales are friendly and helpful. However, some of the sale seems not really familiar with the products. I told them I was looking for the Beauty and the Beast series, they told out the house of Rapunzel, and the crown which is not in Disney series. That makes me bought the wrong product.

Sales associate did not seem very knowledgeable about clips and safety chains. He also put my charms on in the wrong order. I will be returning the safety chain I purchased, since it is not what I wanted. He did not show me the other options available.

My shop assistant was new to the shop and products, so he didn't show me different trays of charms or gave me helpful advice for picking our charms after I told him my price range and what I was looking for. He was nice but very passive. I've been to a shop in HK and that was awesome experience.
