The Sales Associate was NOT very knowledgeable about the Disney Winnie The Pooh collection. I asked about the Tigger charm that dangled. She assured me they did NOT make one. However, I told her I saw it on your web-site. She argued with me about it. I ended up purchasing a Winnie the Pooh and Piglet charm. Once I got home, I noticed the Piglet charm area that attaches to the bracelet was scratched. The "Disney" marking was 99% scratched off. Unfortunately, the Piglet charm was the last one the store had in stock. When I inquired the following day about it, they offered absolutely NO assistance at all with the faulty charm. I was very disappointed.

Upon my visit at the store the first sales Associate Cassidy was helpful until I asked her a question about my sale. Spent over $400. With Pandora's reward program, $10 off every $100. Well I asked Cassidy B about this. She laughed. I didn't find it funny. She replied, I get what your saying, but it looks better on her part ,(shocked)it was all about her and the sale. I became upset, she wasn't trying to make it better. Cassidy made it worse by continuing to laugh. I said how about I cancel this transaction, and You re- ring so I could get the $10 per $100 for the $400 that I spent. She didn't want to. Gabriella store manager stepped in to make it right. Had she not, I would have canceled the entire transaction . Just couldn't believe she laughed in my face! My friend witness this. She to is a store manager. She stated that good customer from Cassidy would have made this right.. And not to laugh in my face

I just thought that it was a little ridiculous with only two people in the store to make multiple people wait outside the store to come inside for service I thought we were pass those days but obviously you guys continue and continue to do it which would highly affected me wanting to come back

The first complaint was not being greeted as we walked through the door. The second issue was that I was told that clips on my bracelet weren’t the best selection for what I had even though they were bought previously from their store. I personally didn’t like the way I was handled as a customer. The sales person Amanda was speaking very quietly almost as if she was whispering to me and I’m not sure why, but this particular visit I was unhappy with.

I purchased a charm on a Sunday afternoon and also had my bracelet cleaned and rearranged by the manager. The charm had broken by Tuesday morning. I then went back to the store and the associate basically tried to tell me that it broken because of the way that I had it arranged. Then she stated that my warranty probably would be void for my bracelet because of a charm that I had that doesn’t “look” like Pandora. I then let her know that not only did the manager clean it for me she also is the one who arranged the bracelet to make it safer. She tried it. It just amazes me how different staff at this store treat certain individuals.

My purchase was for my granddaughter. She’s a Senior in college, a nursing major and a volleyball player. I had the intention of purchasing a volleyball for her Senior night with being honored. Then I also wanted to purchase a stethoscope to give to her for her nursing pinning ceremony. There was no volleyball charm, it had been retired! No basketball either. However, I did purchase a bracelet and ordered the stethoscope charm. The sales clerk was new, had to ask another for help several times, I felt confused the whole time since this was my first time. I was directed to only one area when I mentioned what I wanted. Thank you!

2 Associates one was behind a door for about 30 mins, other older lady had no care in the world. Older lady would not stop caring on a personal conversation to service other customers. She held a conversation with a couple for over an 30 mins, while customers wait. The young lady came out and serviced the other 2 customers, in with one was me.

only 3 people working and all had customers. because i went on friday- they would not take my 20% coupon.
