The sales associate was kind of eh and seemed like he really just didn't care nor did it look like he really wanted to be there. We felt uneasy and as if we were a bother. We still made a purchase BUT felt like we needed to either rush a decision or take time and be an inconvenience.

the guy who attend me at the store was so unpleasant that i bought the gift that i was looking for o most by myself. he didn't say hello or a welcome, i had to ask for everything, he didn't show me different options he wasn't a good vendor. it was my second time with him and both experiences were the same. BAD VENDOR .

I exchanged an item I purchased on line. I was hoping to get an even exchange for the item (original item was purchased with a sale). Associate would only give me credit for the sale price. I've visited other stores and if the item was new they gave me even exchange regardless what I paid for the item. I actually was purchasing something more expensive and just wanted the original price credited to the new purchase. Ended up buying a cheaper item because of this versus the $175 bracelet I intended to buy.

One associate wasn't nice nor interested in helping me. She completely ignored me. As her being a assistant manager I believe she should have acted more accordingly to the name bag she was wearing

No one was taking names when I walked in. They waited in two people that came in after me. The fellow that waited on me was very nice.

The sales person quoted me one price of the item I purchase but when rung up it was $25 more!! I still got the item but that was not cool...

The clerk would not pull out all trays to make a decision on charms. Spent $300, but it was very painful.

One of the associates was leaning against the counter with arms crossed talking to a friend, not a customer. I wasn’t sure if she worked there. Nobody said hi when I walked in. I found out the girl leaning on the counter worked there and I had to ask if she could help me. I asked for a size ring and she gave me “the most popular size” not the size I asked for.

We went to exchange charms. There were 2 people being waited on, so stood at counter until our turn. Someone came in after us, then they were Waite on before us. After being there 30+ minutes, and no acknowledgement to us, another couple came in and sales associate went to them next. I went to associate and said we had been waiting and they had already taken someone else before us. She then returned our items, and did not even ask if we wanted to see anything new.
