I have been trying to resolve a problem with a broken charm since June ... long story. I even messaged corporate twice and no response. Hummm. Heather is the sweetest and she did the best she could but shame on Pandora for not responding ....

When the information was to be typed in regarding a warranty, I was given the pad to do myself. I had never done that and asked about and the associate (Heather) balked and then said it was new. It was tedious and I really thought she gave it to me to do because she simply didn't want to do it. It would be a nice touch for the associate to take the information and enter it instead of handing me a pad that everyone under the sun has apparently handled.

The sales associate ignored us after walking and standing in front of her. She was very rude and judgy and was asking us if our bracelet charm was even original pandora. We asked if we could see other charms but she said that there wouldn't be any that we liked anyways. We only bought one charm due to the fact that we were uncomfortable around her and she wasn't very nice.

I went in looking for 2 specific charms. The associate wasn't aware of with charm and told me they didn't have them and I couldn't order them. Another worker then found them. The associate seemed to rush me and was not listening to me as I asked questions she would ignore the question and repeat a previous statement or talk to a colleague. I asked for help arranging my charms and she was not helpful. She saw me struggling and didn't help. She had a tool designed to help with this in her hand and never offered to help. I felt that because I wasn't spending a ton of money she wasn't interested in helping me. I asked to see the Harry Potter tray that I could see labeled from where I stood. She handed it to me and there were no HP charms on it. I asked if there were any and she said I guess not and walked away with the tray. I looked online and the Collab ended. She should have known this and told me when I asked about it.

The sales associate Amanda was rude condescending and was arrogant. She spoke to me and my daughter like we were an annoyance rather than someone who just spent over $200.00. The lady at the register was rude and snippy I wished I had gotten her name. Amanda had the audacity to say that my Pandora Up and Away “charm” was FAKE and REFUSED to clean my bracelet.

I have spent a lot of my hard earned money in pandora over the years so I was extremely confused why I was being treated like I was a idiot that was trying to steal or something. My email address was used to pull up the purchase I always spend hundreds of dollars so the receipts should’ve been right there. I have been to the store twice for the same pair of earrings that one of them hasn’t latched correctly since my daughter opened them on Christmas and they act like I’m lying or like she’s going out of her way to destroy one earring when it keeps falling out of her ear. Not to mention . I work 2 jobs so I have to find free time to get to the mall only for the women there to act like they don’t care that the earring is defective. Then the manager says I can let u exchange it this one time no refund. How dare she say anything to me like that when I had no plans on exchanging it at all because I wanted both of them to latch correctly and also after all of my hard earned money I’ve spent there she should be honored to only exchange a pair of earrings

We stood at the counter without being greeted for quit some time only one person was on the floor dealing with a customer while 5 other customers waited. Finally someone came out from the back. They were cleaning jewelry. She asked what I needed she got and she only spoke to me after that to tell me the price of it and if I wanted the receipt printed or emailed. All around unfriendly.
