The Sales Associate, Christian, had the personality of my big toe. He acted like he didn't want to be there. He was very quiet and kind of grumpy. When I asked questions, he would not answer them. I thought this was extremely unprofessional and rude. I made my purchase and couldn't wait to get out of the store!

I went and purchased a ring. I was sold the incorrect size when I asked for a 7. Had to pay to get the correct size when I asked for a 7. I am highly upset. The manager did not really care to take care of me. He made me pay the $10 when it was not my fault. I feel like I should’ve been apologized too. The cashier on my second trip actually was nice friendly and helpful while the manager was just there. the cashier apologized although she was not the person who sold it to me. I find it unacceptable for a manager to not take care of me when I DID NOT MESS UP. I would like a response back please at my phone number 5742025846. I love the merchandise there but it is not ok and not fair to have a bad experience when all I wanted was to give me girlfriend a gift for our one year and it turn out to be a disaster because of the associate who sold it to me.

I went in to exchange a necklace for another. There weren’t any necklaces in stock because of the holiday which is understandable. What I didn’t appreciate is the associate’s overall attitude toward me. He was very snarky and made facial expressions as though it was an inconvenience that he had to help me. My young daughter even picked up on his annoyance.

all associates - seemed very young...I mean who was in charge. who knows the product? purchased a bow bangle . nobody knew where more were?? sizes? only sm and lg. no medium once 3 people located them.

I walked into the store and went directly to the merchandise counter. I stood there for several minutes waiting my turn for assistance. There were 3-4 employees standing and talking towards the rear of the store and a couple of employees behind the counter taking care of customers. They were greeting each customer as they walked in and asking what they were looking for. I watched this process happen 3 times while I stood at the counter waiting for help. Eventually a manager came over and asked if I had been helped yet.

Upon entering the store with my daughter to purchase a ring for her 21st birthday, I felt the sales clerks were more interested in their conversation instead of acknowledging us. My daughter was attempting to be frugal as mi was paying and asked to see sale rings. Perhaps maybe they didn't think were were a big enough sale. I spent $90 on her gift. Felt unimportant. Still, will not affect my love for Pandora.

Walked in with a specific model number and size ring to pick up. Had to be put on a waiting list to be seen by an associate while 3 weren’t helping employees, one being the one putting people on waiting list. Felt I could of been in and out in 5 minutes
