First of all, the salesperson was a new employee with only 3 days experience. Other sales associates did not help her or could answer our questions. Trying to find a ring in a box with hundreds of other rings - was a joke. Not helpful at all - won't be back - I guess it is easier to order off the internet as we drove an hour to the store. Complete waste of time.
