There were enough associates that I was able to work one on one with someone. She asked me what I was looking for and then showed me everything that she thought I was looking for. She was patient. The store was clean and organized. There was a lot to choose from.

My SA wasn’t sure of what charms she had in stock or what items she could sale. She really needed more training. It took way to long to get my items. I will not be returning to this store. She was nice to us but clearly doesn’t know how to do her job. Online just seems the way to go. Thanks

Sale associate was not very helpful with answering questions and checked to see if any promotions were going on during my visit to this location also i asked to see $25 price range charms, sale associate seem reluctant to show me lower priced charms

There wasn’t many options to choose from in store. I feel like there wasn’t much space to look at all available options. The store was nice, but just wish it was a little bigger to showcase everything

We purchased a gold bracelet and charm, which amounted to over $1k. As a result, the manager said that they had a policy of verifying credit for all sales over $1l. This took over 15 minutes and multiple phone calls. I felt bad for the manager since it seemed like the policy wasn't well established and was definitely not customer friendly.
