This was my first trip to Pandora. I don’t have a prior experience to compare. I plan to visit again as my daughter was very pleased with her birthday bracelet and charms.

Maggie who was waiting on me kept stopping to tell another employee how to do something. I felt like I was being treated as if I was not there.

Very slow at the check out. This happens every time I'm there. The sales clerk had trouble finding the code they have to look up in a book. A book??? Very old school.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Even though they were rather busy they were still running efficiently. They were also helping one another as a team allowing things to run smoother

I don't speak good English and wasn't aware of the special deal until the following day and it was over. We contacted them to see of they could allow is to still do the special (buy 2 get 1 free) and they said no.

I was not highly satisfied due to the lack of career(nurse, cosmetologist etc.)charms.

I am a retired aerospace engineer, and I am an interval half marathon runner. Also, I am a member of a national sorority. I wanted to purchase a charm related to engineering, an airplane, half marathon or my sorority. Your charm selections were limited or non-existent in those areas.

Sophia who helped me was very patient and very nice as well! She was really helpful and seemed to know what she was doing. Will be back
