I like this location better than kenwood. The advocates were very friendly and helpful

My item was not able to be exchanged. But also the quality is very poor not what it used to be.

We had to look at more charms and I almost bought with another word engraved in the back that I did not want. No one warned me

It was on mother's day and there wasn't enough staff, the store was jamed packed. I waited for a least 30 minutes to be waited on. They only had one register to check out customers.

If you don't know exactly what you're looking for then you may miss out. Not very much merchandise is out for viewing, it's all under lock and key and you have to ask to see what else they have. Then they ask you, well what are you looking for. Sometimes you don't know "exactly" what you're looking for. Sometimes it a, I'll know it when I see it situation.

Overall it was fine, however, the 1st salesperson who rung me up didn’t as for my phone number associated with the account so when I purchased a 2nd charm, Sierra had to fix it which took additional time
