Well maybe it was because it was Christmas Eve and there was a lot of people trying to make purchases. The sales lady in my opinion was not very friendly.

I got a 10% off coupon to use for my birthday and couldn’t use it. I was told I can use it in store I have to shop online. That’s ridiculous. If I can purchase online or in store I should be able to use coupons for both.

I love Pandora a lot and i have been a loyal customer for many years. However, it is very disappointing that you only stand behind your products for a year. A full bracelet can cost a lot of money. There should be options if it does not hold up

I returned 4 pieces to be cleaned. These items were new and had never been worn. They had turn dark. They were not cleaned very well. I brought a cleaning kit and had to cclena them when I got home.
