I would have like to exchange my bracelet for a larger size but there were none in store. That was disappointing, but it happens. I was able to make this one work so it will be fine.

The selection of the charms available. We were satisfied with our service and the staff were exceptional. We just couldn’t find everything we were looking for. But, we did find something that would work!

My bracelet was very dirty and the sales person did not clean it to my liking or to the standards of a new bracelet.

The inventory of what I wanted was low or non existent. I went there because it was a Pandora Store. I would have been better off shopping online. However, it did give the opportunity to see some things before purchase. The sales person was a little pushy and rushed. I drove some distance to get there so it was somewhat disappointing. AND I was promised a 10% off coupon with my online purchase which I never received.

The salesperson named Sara was racist. I did not appreciate the comments she was making. If she would have been the person who was helping me I would not have made a purchase. She was rude and looked at me crazy when I said I would like my merchandise boxes. When she waited on someone who was a different race she put nice bows on the boxes and used nice tissue paper for the bag. I spent way more than this person and had to ask for this service. She went and got my receipt and said ok this completes the sale. I can not believe I was treated like this in one of your stores. I usually shop online. Now I don't know if I want to shop with you anymore. I work too hard for my money to spend it with a company who does not make me feel valued.

Not much selection out in cases. Had alot of empty spots in cases. But when I asked they pulled out little boxes with different pieces. Why not just put those in the empty spots already. The sales people are only standing around talking among themselves. I rather go back to Jared or Kays to buy again. Making a special trip farther away just to buy a small charm for a bracelet makes it hard in future to want to buy more.
