One sales associate told my mother she couldn't return/exchange merchandise from a prior visit. Maggie S. was a little pushy which is why I didn't purchase more. Some of the other associates didn't come across as very friendly which was unusual compared to other times I have patronized the store.

I was highly satisfied with Pandora’s service because Nadia was a very fast worker and knew my size just by looking at my fingers and recommended some very good rings.

The snake chain necklaces were sold out and after being back to the store 4 times within a week and a half, shipment has still not come in

The associate wouldn't take no for an answer about a credit card. This made me uncomfortable and then she insinuated that I was not capable of being approved for the card. She also almost charged me for the wrong charms a few times.

They didn’t have the bracelet I wanted. They had a bigger size. I ended up getting the other bracelet and still nice but I guess I will have to sparkle it with other charms.

Overall had a great experience with Liv. At one point we were interrupted by another rep pushing the credit card on me for only 10% off (which is NOTHING) and it was somewhat annoying. Other than that, good experience. I live in Indiana so not likely to return to that exact store.
