I was satisfied.

Kiah from Liberty store was super great and attentive.

There wasn’t a ton of selection to choose from. There also wasn’t a ton of rings in my sizes. Also there was a ring I wanted that wasn’t there. But overall it was okay.

I was not offered to view any selection of charms that I described I was looking for. I realize everything is hidden for some reason but I think as customers there should be some kind of selection to look at!

Th sales associate was not that friendly she kind of rushed me

I got the feeling that sales girl was in a hurry? Maybe she was too eager to close the sale but I'd have rather experience a more "relaxed" look at your selection.

Went in for the bracket & heart gift set but they were out. Had both items but wouldn’t sell them together only as separate pieces which were much higher. Then it goes even lower on Black Friday being $65

I went to take advantage of the Black Friday promotion. Unfortunately the beads I had planned to purchase (Star Wars collection) were excluded from the sale. This was not clearly advertised in social media posts or online, but rather in the very fine print. I had hoped to buy the whole collection, but instead will have to pick and choose, as my budget doesn’t allow to purchase the entire collection at full price. I had also hoped to get some Disney beads to give as Christmas gifts, but was disappointed to see a scant selection.
