Pandora Jewelry

The Sales Associates were extremely helpful, listened to what I wanted. Offered great products.

Came into the store just yesterday for a cleaning on my rings and earrings. The lady clean the jewelry beautifully but the next day I noticed one of my stones in my ring is missing.

We were buying a surprise gift for my aunt but my aunt was with us so we were trying to hide it from her. We told Taylor that and she did a really good job at hiding it! Whenever my aunt came around she would find a way to hide it or find a way to make it seem like we were talking about something else.

The availability of what I was looking for

When i first walked in i was treated immediately. I was asked what size ring i wore and was instantly shown a large selection of very cute rings. When making a decision i was shown another ring that would look good with the one i purchased, and wasn't pushed to purchase both which was nice because other places I've went they have tried to make me get more than what i wanted, and it was very appreciative that the sales associate didn't try to force me to buy the other ring

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Taylor, she was smiling and quick to ask how I was doing. I let her know I was looking for a specific charm (Labrador puppy), and she knew exactly where to go. She inquired on why I was purchasing the charm, and we discussed my wife and her love of dogs. I wish I could remember her colleagues name as she joined our conversation. She was equally as thoughtful and kind. They both seemed genuinely interested, and it made the entire interaction pleasant.

Every time I come into pandora I’m always greeted and everyone is super friendly. I always find what I’m looking for and even if I don’t find what I’m looking for there is so many other styles I’m satisfied with !
